How much does delivery cost?

We offer free shipping Australia wide via Australia Post. Orders are sent from our Sydney warehouse Monday to Friday. No minimum order required.

 

Most orders arrive within 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and Australia Post delays.

After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we process it and prepare it for shipment.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery status.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payment options shown at checkout, including major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

 

Payment is taken at checkout using your selected payment method. Your order will be processed once payment has been confirmed.

Please contact us straight away if you need to change or cancel your order. We will help where possible if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been posted, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

Orders cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.
