Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We offer free express shipping anywhere within Australia via Australia Post Express Post from our Sydney warehouse. There's no minimum order requirement.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are shipped from Sydney and delivered directly to your door. Delivery usually takes between 1 and 3 business days within Australia.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once your order is placed and the payment has been verified, we start processing it immediately and prepare your items for shipment from Sydney warehouse. There are no hidden fees or additional charges after checkout.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. After placing your order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email which includes your invoice details.
Do I get update on Delivery with a tracking number?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information so that you can monitor your delivery.
What are the payment methods for my order?

When do I need a prescription for my order?
Cigarettes and tobacco products sold on our site do not require a prescription. All customers must be at least 18 years old to purchase tobacco products in accordance with Australian law.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us promptly with your order details, send us email on info@cheapcigarette.com.au.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist. Once an order has been posted, it cannot be cancelled.
When is the order payment taken from my card or bank account?
Payment is taken at the time of checkout using your chosen payment method. Transactions are processed instantly and securely via the selected payment gateway.

Can orders be returned or exchanged?
